K3 Cultural Integration: PT Chakra Jawara's Consistency in Guarding National Security
PT Chakra Jawara (CJ) held a series of activities to commemorate the National Occupational Safety and Health Month (BK3N) 2026 in all operational areas as a form of commitment to strengthening the culture of occupational safety and health. This activity is designed to ensure that each personnel has high competence in risk mitigation and build strong synergy with strategic partners in each region. Not limited to the compliance aspect, this series of agendas involves operational functions to field management, so that safety standards become a collective responsibility that is integrated across all business lines of the company.
In the Java-Sumatra (JS) region, CJ's active participation was demonstrated through strategic coordination in the Cakung and Aceh areas to align safety programs with groups and partners. A proud achievement was achieved by the Wetar unit, where CJ representatives won 3rd place in the Safety Talk Competition, which proved the excellence of personnel in communicating safety standards effectively. Meanwhile, in the Kalimantan-East Indonesia (KEI) region, especially in the CK BIB area, CJ focuses on collaboration through the Opening and Closing of BK3N and improving employee welfare through health seminars, to ensure the physical and mental readiness of the team in supporting customer operations.
In the Kuala Kencana (KK) area, the series of activities took place intensively with a focus on strengthening competencies and partnerships. CJ also participated in the BK3N Expo PT Freeport Indonesia as a means of promoting safety standards and integrated technical solutions to the contractor community. In addition to involvement in the exhibition, internal technical strengthening is a priority through LOTOTO (Lock Out Tag-Out Try Out) Training and Hot Work Permit as a mandatory requirement for personnel qualifications, as well as environmental awareness actions through Clean City and Green Day. The entire BK3N series is in line with CJ's commitment to increase responsiveness, maintain service proximity, and support smooth operations throughout Indonesia through a zero accident work environment.
