Chakra Jawara successfully held the Branch Management Development Program on April 08-10, 2026 which took place at Tiara 6 Meeting Room – TMT Building 1. This activity was attended by Area Leaders as part of the company's commitment to supporting the development of competencies and leadership qualities in the work environment. During the program, participants participated in various learning sessions and discussions designed to strengthen managerial skills and the effectiveness of area and branch management.

This program aims to improve leadership competencies, financial knowledge, and operational abilities of participants so that they can manage areas/branches and work functions more effectively and optimally. Through this activity, Chakra Jawara hopes to form leaders who are more adaptive, professional, and ready to face business challenges to support the achievement of company performance in a sustainable manner.
