High Level Commitment of K3, PT Chakra Jawara Successfully Won the Title of SMK3 Gold Certificate for the Java-Sumatra and Kuala Kencana Areas

PT Chakra Jawara reaffirmed its commitment to implementing the highest Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards in the company's operational environment. This was marked by the official opening of the Kick Off Meeting for the Audit of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) which covers the Java-Sumatra (JS) Area and the Kuala Kencana (KK) Area.

This important activity will be held on July 20, 2026 located in the Tiara 6 & 7 room of the TMT Building. The event was attended by important members from various related parties, including representatives from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (Persero) as an audit institution, and the Board of Directors and Management of PT Chakra Jawara.

The implementation of this audit aims to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the implementation of SMK3 based on 122 Criteria in all operational processes in the JS and KK Areas. Through rigorous testing and validation, PT Chakra Jawara has succeeded in proving consistency and compliance with applicable K3 regulations.

From the results of the audit assessment, PT Chakra Jawara successfully recorded very satisfactory results and managed to achieve the title of Gold Certificate for both areas:

• Java - Sumatra (JS) Area: Successfully won the Gold Certificate Predicate with a Satisfactory Implementation Assessment Level and an achievement score of 90.98%.
• Kuala Kencana (KK) Area: Successfully won the Gold Certificate Predicate with a Satisfactory Implementation Assessment Level and an achievement score of 88.52%.

The achievement of the Gold Certificate with the title of Satisfactory in these two operational areas is clear evidence of PT Chakra Jawara's commitment to creating a safe, healthy, and sustainable work environment for all employees and stakeholders. This success is expected to continue to strengthen the solid K3 culture in every business line of the company in the future.
